New game! Dodgy Tunnel


Two years, Chris! You don't call, you don't write..

Well, I'm always busy making something. And occasionally, I actually finish making something, at which point I upload it and tell all here! So, this time - we have a new game, called Dodgy Tunnel, and it's free for both iOS and Android.

It's a fun little arcade game where you guide a balloon down a perilous (or 'dodgy'), pit. Just look at the cute balloon's face as he encounters ever more violent traps! Anyway, give it a go and see if you can reach the bottom..

Adventure Creator: one year old!


Twelve months later, and Adventure Creator is still going strong! The Unity toolkit has come on leaps and bounds since it's first release, and is now being used daily by developers worldwide. Here's the recent news:

New website - it's snazzy!
New features - lip-syncing, physics puzzles, and a whole bunch more
New demo game - Brain STILL can't find his lunch..

But with all these updates, that old trailer's looking a bit dated. Think it's time for a new one.

Project Goosberry: Animating the rabbit


With Project Gooseberry now at the funding stage, I thought I'd give a little insight into the animation that I've contributed so far. The work I'm doing in is in collaboration with Gecko Animation and Poked Studio, and Gecko have also made a post about the rigging involved.

The little guy will soon be available on the Blender Cloud, so you too can get your hands on him and bend him in all sorts of painful-looking ways. Donate today! :)

Project Gooseberry needs you!


I've had to hold off announcing this for a while, but I can at long last announce my involvement with Project Gooseberry, the latest in Blender's ongoing series of open-source movies. Only this time, the plan is to make a full-length feature, and'll involve a dozen studios worldwide!

I'm set to team up with Gecko Animation and Poked Studio to direct "Team GB" in our own segment for the movie (each studio will produce their own section). However, funding's got to come first - so please consider donating. This is a one-of-a-kind project, and one we all hope to make a massive success.

(And if you're curious about our involvement in the trailer - ours is the psychadelic rabbit in front of the TV. How can you say "no" to that adorable face?)
